About me
I’m passionate about men’s work because I believe the world needs more healthy, integrated, and embodied men.
My work comes from my own journey.
For a long time, I misunderstood masculinity.
I thought being a good man meant being agreeable, understanding, emotionally available, and never too much. I developed depth early, but I suppressed my edge.
Over time, I began to notice two common ways men adapt.
Some men develop strength, direction, and edge, but are disconnected from feeling. They are guarded, emotionally shut down, and cut off from deeper connection.
Others develop depth but are disconnected from their edge. They’re open, aware, and emotionally attuned, but struggle with boundaries, suppress their truth, people-please, and lose themselves in relationships and life.
I found myself in the second.
I eventually realized there was a third way.
Not choosing depth or edge, but integrating both.
That became the foundation of my work.
Today, I support men in developing both depth and edge.
The ability to stay heart-open and emotionally attuned while also having boundaries, self-trust, direction, and the capacity to express themselves clearly and directly without abandoning themselves.
This work is not about becoming harder, and it’s not about becoming softer.
It’s about becoming more whole.
My approach blends coaching, mentorship, somatic and embodiment practices, and deeper inner work to support meaningful change through awareness, presence, and a more intentional relationship to personal energy, including sexual energy.
Not as something to suppress or unconsciously leak, but as something that can be held, directed, and integrated in service of clarity, purpose, and deeper alignment.
I also draw from the work of Carl Jung and shadow work to bring unconscious patterns into awareness and understand how they shape behaviour, identity, and relationships.
This work is honest and a lot of times uncomfortable, but it’s always grounded and result-oriented.
Transformation isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about removing what gets in the way of becoming more fully yourself. Integrated, embodied, and self-led.
Because depth without edge can lead to self-abandonment, and edge without depth can lead to disconnection. Together, they create the integrated man.
Training & Foundations
I completed my life coaching certification through Certified Life Coach Institute, an accredited coach training provider recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Certified Life Coach
I attended an in-person masterclass with Gabor Maté, which was later made available through MentorShow.
The experience deepened my understanding of the connection between mind and body, and how lived experiences can be held not only cognitively, but physiologically.
In particular, it expanded my awareness of working with both small “t” trauma (the more subtle wounds, adaptations, and unmet needs that shape us over time) and capital “T” Trauma (more acute or overwhelming experiences), and how both can influence the way we relate to ourselves, others, and life.
